We will be glad to help you with official employment in the Republic of Poland. In collaboration with Polish HR agencies, we offer direct contracts with these companies. The Polish economy is currently booming & some local employers are ready to hire personnel from all over the world.

First of all, if you wish to work legally in Poland, you must obtain an EMPLOYMENT VISA (NATIONAL VISA, D TYPE) at the nearest Polish consulate in your country. A Voivodeship invitation (Wojewódzki zaproszenie) is required to obtain this type of visa. The Voivode (local governor of the Polish administrative division, which is equivalent to a province in other countries) certifies the invitation.

The company willing to hire foreign citizens submits an employment application to the Voivodeship department of foreign citizens by the place of company registration. We offer skilled & unskilled vacancies in Poland in conjunction with recruitment agencies. A large number of white-collar jobs are needed in Poland among men, women, and married couples aged 18 to 56.
We hire Indians on the basis of work permit for several kinds of Labour jobs, Trade jobs and some jobs (Entry level) from the Hospitality sector in Poland where Polish language requirements are not mandatory. A third-party payroll involves hiring candidates from our rolls and placing them at the client’s site. The cost is associated with processing work permits.
With over 140 clients in different voivodeships of Poland involved in food, food processing units, hospitality, heavy machinery, oil and gas, retail warehouses, construction, and facility management, we hire manpower from South Asian countries, Africa, the Middle East, and Central & Eastern Europeans.

In Poland, what jobs are available to foreigners?

Foreigners with qualifications have the advantage when it comes to obtaining a work permit, as demand for experienced professionals is on the rise. The construction sector holds the greatest demand, with roles ranging from simpler jobs to more technical positions such as bricklayer, stonemason, welder and steel structure fitter. Experts report that around 19% of foreign employees in Poland are employed in this industry. Other popular professions taken up by foreigners include production workers, seamstresses, room attendants, cashiers at supermarkets and mechanics working in transport; such as truck drivers and mechanics as well as cooks, waiters and cashiers in gastronomy. Unfortunately due to their lack of Polish language proficiency many expats often find themselves working beneath their qualification level.

How much does Poland pay foreigners?

The minimum wage for foreigners and Poles in 2020 will be 2900 PLN gross, or 2220 PLN net, and the minimum hourly rate will be 17 PLN gross. Foreigners who work in unskilled and semi-skilled positions are paid the best salaries. The average salary is PLN 5,000 or higher. In the car production industry, it is an average salary of PLN 3,500 net, or PLN 4,421.90 gross.
